Disappointments are different everyone. I guess that’s why expectations play such a huge role in this conversation.

• When you expect to win the contract and it doesn’t happen, DISAPPOINTMENT.
• Receiving CONSTRUCTIVE criticism prompts feelings of disappointment and make you feel some kinda way.
• If you’re going through a difficult time and/or you don’t feel the respect you think you deserve, there that disappointment is again…

Disappointments are the letdowns caused by the nonfulfillment of your hopes or expectations.  It’s not a good feeling, so I’ve compiled a few tips to thwart the issue before it has a chance to disrupts your life.
