The Truth About Consistency

…and why you may be struggling

I wish someone would have told me the truth about consistency when I started adulting.  I have to believe it would have made things a lot easier.

Admit it!

You’re one of those people who starts the year setting goals or doing a vision board.  The idea is to set intentions and then work towards making it happen.  Unfortunately, it easier said (or planned/pinned) than done.

Consistency is a loaded word and, in my opinion, heavily connected to another buzzword… authenticity.  I actually have a video coming up on the 3 stages of authenticity, so be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel to hear about them.
