This year I’m only dealing in FACTS!!! Screw your theory, conjecture, and lies!!! ….That’s what I’m telling myself. It’s one of my self-affirming practices to keep me motivated this year. In this week’s episode I’ll share a few more that may help you stay motivated too.
Positive affirmations reduce Negative thoughts and encourage an optimistic mindset. They have been shown to help with our tendency to linger on negative experiences.
God knows I rely on them!!!
