How To Accept An “Apology”
That Will Never Come
This episode isn’t only about how to accept an APOLOGY that will never come. It’s about letting go of the weight associated with the expectation(s) you place on the people in your life to behave a certain way.
I am well versed in this subject because for my entire life, I’ve struggled with this issue. I’ve wanted people in my life to behave a certain because I felt by doing so they were reflecting my worth. This article in Psychology Today, shed light on why I wasn’t getting my desired results. If you find you have similar challenges, in your life, I encourage you to read it for yourself.
I documented a few steps about my process and I believe you will find them helpful. Listen, as I share how to accept an apology that will never come + more, and then share your thoughts with me in the comment section.
Remember…
